Payment by credit card
In cases of purchase of goods with a credit card payment method, (at the same time as the conclusion of the order transaction) the reference bank will authorize the debit of the amount relating to the purchase made. In the event of cancellation of the order by both the customer and in the event of non-acceptance of the contract by Atelier Aspecifico MyriamB, we will request the cancellation of the transaction and the reversal of the committed amount. The release times depend exclusively on the banking system. Payment with Paypal

Payment by bank transfer
In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be shipped only after receiving confirmation of the credit from the bank. Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of the order. Delivery time
The delivery times of the ordered goods vary in consideration of the order placed by the customer (eg if the goods are immediately available) and the delivery methods chosen by the same. If the product is not available it will take about a week plus delivery times are merely indicative and are in no way binding for the seller.
Receipt of goods

Checking the status of shipments
It is possible to track the status of any shipment online thanks to the tracking code that the system sends to the customer's email once the shipment has started,and which contains information on the carrier used, the shipping code and instructions on how to track your shipment.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is regulated by law and the customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form ) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must send us a communication by registered letter within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Method of withdrawal

Return of goods
The product must be returned to the seller within 14 days together with the authorization form received.
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, the seller will refund the customer the full amount already paid for the product, within14 days from the return of the goods, by means of a reversal of the amount charged to the credit card. When the right of withdrawal expires
